  Contact our Dublin-based support team with your order number and reason for return to receive your unique Return Authorization code.

  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the appliance in its original box with all manuals and accessories included to ensure it arrives back at our warehouse safely.

  Ship to Ninja Ireland

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized DPD or An Post location across Ireland.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
